2. What this is
BaroAtlas is a clinical tool for orthostatism (prolonged standing). It is used to diagnose baroreflex dysfunction as afferent or efferent. It does not treat, prescribe, or manage therapy. The clinician remains responsible. The atlas keeps the two limbs on separate shelves so you can separate functional from degenerative baroreflex conditions.
3. License to use
The BaroSheet workbook and the printable PDF protocol are free to use in your own clinic for your own patients. A paid reading (USD 12) licenses one visit classification in this app. You do not buy the software, the atlas, or the right to offer the same service to others.
4. What you may not do
You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, republish, or reuse this software, the traces, the survey, the protocol sheets, or the classification language for a competing product or service, in whole or in part, without written permission from Centro Santa Fe. Teaching cases are de-identified; they are not yours to redistribute.
5. Data
Workbooks are read in your browser. Centro Santa Fe does not receive the file unless you separately send it. Do not write the patient’s name on the sheet — use a study code. You are responsible for how you store the Excel record in your clinic.
6. What is not ours
Consensus definitions of orthostatic hypotension, nOH, delayed OH, POTS, neurally mediated syncope, and neurogenic supine hypertension belong to the published literature (Freeman 2011; Idiaquez 2021; Gibbons 2017; and related papers). We do not claim those criteria. We claim this implementation, this atlas, and these names.
7. Permission
For a license, collaboration, or any use beyond your own clinic, write to Centro Santa Fe via autonomiaclinicsf.com. Probe: baroatlas.autonomiaclinicsf.com. Until you have written permission, the default is no.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Centro Santa Fe may update this page; the date above is the current version.
